John DeGraff: Educator, Innovator, Marketer.In the last 17 years, John has lead innovation and growth executive education and consulting programs with notable companies like Bosch, Boehringer Ingelheim, Ceridian, CMS, DMGI, DSM, Eaton, Florida Power, and Light, GE, Hagerty, Haworth, Honeywell, Ingersoll Rand, Johnson & Johnson, McDonald’s, NBC, Pfizer, Prudential, ProQuest, Syngenta, and Zoetis. Presently an Marketing Lecturer II at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and Partner at the Innovatrium Innovation Institution in Ann Arbor, Whitewater and has taught in Executive Education programs at the University of Michigan, Air University (Air Force), University of Dayton and Notre Dame. Before cofounding the Innovatrium in Ann Arbor, John had successfully launched over 150 new products, two product lines that sold over 1 billion dollars (Gerber Graduates and first multipack microwave popcorn in Wal-Mart Pop Weaver). His positive leadership style focuses on creating a culture of extraordinary performance from cross-functional teams.
