It is a honor and privilege to work and serve in an industry that provides so much for its customers. I have worked in the insurance industry since 1989. I have been an agency owner, individual contributor, manager, director, and Board/committee participant. I work with small to large complex, fully insured or self funded, clients who need someone to navigate the various solutions available in the different markets effectively. I have or the teams I have managed have consistently hit or exceeded their sales and retention goals through understanding the available market solutions, listening to the customer, and matching relevant solution’s to the variety of clients specialized needs. Regardless of where I am employed, my success has come from remembering who I work for, the EMPLOYER! I specialize in complex self funded employers, association health plan arrangements, contract negotiations, compliance, and cost benefit analysis with claims and vendor agreements. My motto is “if I don’t save you time, money, reduce your legal risk, and make your life easier, then I should be fired”.
