Responsible for cooking and/or preparing foods that are served in the restaurant.Responsible for preparing food items such as meats, vegetables, and cheese as required followingcustomers’ preferences and with the use of a grill.Specialized in grillwork involving flat griddles, gas or electric boilers, or flame-heated grills.Prepared ingredients, notified the wait staff when orders were ready, and ensured that the grill wasalways clean and well-maintained after each shift.Ensured all food was cooked to restaurant standards.
