Provided Life - Income Protection - Trauma - Medical Insurance advice and service, mainly to TOWER clientele. I moved into the health insurance division when nib purchased that division from TOWER in late 2012.

Provided insurance sales and service to ANZ customers. This included Life, Trauma, Mortgage, Income Protection and Health Insurance. Worked closely with Business Bankers, Private Bankers, and front line bank staff to provide quality insurance options to customers. Regular presentations to bank staff for training and update purposes.

Provided Insurance service and advice to mainly Wellington based clients.

Provided inbound quotes for Home/Contents/Car Insurance. This was the start up of Kiwibank's domestic insurance division. I sold Kiwibank's very first Home/Contents/Car policy.

Provided administration support to the Life Underwriting team. This included following up doctors and specialist for required medical insurance, underwriting data entry, and also communication with insurance advisers.Completed a basic Life Underwriting course via The Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance. 100 hours of study followed by a 3 hour written exam. Pass with distinction.

Circular Distributors was the leading circular distribution company in New Zealand up until it was purchased by PMP Ltd in 1999. My role was to educate clients about circulation, arrange for local and nationwide deliveries, arrange the printing of circulars, and make sure the delivery went as planned.
