As a Consultant Trainer I train in the private and public sector at Management level both through ILM and CMI. I have worked with a wide variety of both public and private sector organisations. The training I provide covers a diverse spectrum including Management and Leadership training at level 2,3,4 & 5 Team building, Coaching, Belbin team profiling and First Aid. I was employed as a lecturer and personal tutor in Uniformed Public Services and delivered the BTEC National Diploma.

During my time in the RAF I was fortunate to complete 5 years on The Queens Flight and 3 years on the Royal Air Force Aerobatic Display Team - The Red Arrows. I was Senior Non Commissioned Officer (SNCO) and had to provide Management, Leadership and Welfare to my team.
