Began my 28-year career at Schwan's as a front-line salesperson and advanced to serve in 8 leadership and executive positions within marketing, sales, operations, business development, business transformation, and general management. Most notably, I served as Vice President of Marketing and/or Sales within all major divisions.Highlights include:• Led overall marketing for a $600M Food Service division with a focus on chain accounts, K-12, healthcare, and college and university sectors. • Led overall brand marketing for the $750M Consumer Brands division in the competitive pizza, appetizer, and dessert categories. • Led the entire marketing effort for the $1B Consumer Direct division including the development of an integrated online/offline consumer experience. • As Regional General Manager also led a $175M territory with over 1,000 employees and full P&L responsibility. • Progressively advanced the development of top brands in the marketplace, including Red Baron, Freschetta, Mrs. Smith's, Big Daddy's, Mihn, Impromptu Gourmet, and Schwan's. • Held full P&L responsibility, with a track record of growing revenue, developing and implementing innovative ideas, and decreasing operating expenses.
