SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:- Direct organisation design and line-leadership experience of 120+ employees and 40MM+ USD budget- IT-enabled Transformation Program lead experience at >200 FTE and >200MM USD budget. - Hands-on software engineering background and building application teams from scratch to deliver full-stack development.- Mega-scale ERP implementation including increased leveraging of standard while leading innovation with Vendors and Systems Integrators to deliver brand-new functionality for key business outcomes.- Cross-regional A&D/Corporate Restructure IT leadership for major transactions- Deployment of cloud solutions (SAAS, PAAS) including complex blended on-prem / cloud architectures- Multiple business-facing leadership roles in IT - gained in both small (<20 people) and Corporate (>120,000 people) environments.
