• Implement Bootstrap web framework within the current the CMS codebase. • Migrate on premise SharePoint 2010 instance to Office 365 SharePoint 2013. • Manage Microsoft Office 365 Groups, and SharePoint Online. • Recommend strategic approach for brand consistency between email channel and web channels.• Recommend strategic changes from engagement analytics.• Recommend and implement shifts in business processes using various web based tools.

Advise Globe University Madison East Campus on curriculum, equipment and facilities for the Interactive Media and Graphic Design Program.

• Responsible for process development and project management.• Create wireframes for designers and developers, and identify potential risks in designs.• Supervise asp.Net development for web applications on the extranet, intranet and for Sitecore CMS integration.• Serve as lead systems architect.• Consult with faculty on web page development and maintenance of web pages for coursework, research and home page development.• Consult with the School of Business Database Administrator and Technology Services Center, faculty and senior academic staff on the most effective strategies for collecting, managing and reporting user data and managing appropriate interaction with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.• Administer IIS 7 for Sitecore CMS.• Work with external vendor for additional development support.

• Make strategic decisions regarding the direction the School should take in the implementation of web technologies.• Discover, develop and implement solutions on a school wide scale that emphasize adaptability for emerging technologies.• Enhance the web presence for the School of Education emphasizing the use of standards such as CSS and Section 508.• Develop efficient normalized data structures for various data collection needs ranging from public applications to sensitive internal data.• Design and produce print materials for Alumni Relations, and general School of Education marketing.• Revise coding practices to insure a more search engine friendly web site.• Create effective online web courses, Departmental web sites and special event sites with the use of ASP, HTML, and Flash.• Develop print materials in conjunction with web based media in a manner that creates an effective branding experience across media formats.• Manage and train a student web developer team in order to assist in the development of web sites and print material.• Analyze current work flow practices and make adjustments to increase productivity.
