Responsible for planning and execution of business and strategic projects supporting the extension of online and direct-to-customer channels for Sears Holdings by leveraging the full suite of assets and distribution points across the enterprise. This effort resulted in the creation of our multi-channel score cards • Developed capability for in-store customers to purchase online and pay with cash or check at in-store point of sale register. This payment method now accounts for 35% of in-store online transactions.• Developed new capabilities and solutions that increased online sales using our stores as a customer touch point. Instrumental in laying the groundwork, business processes, and infrastructure which supported 45% 2010 year over year growth in store to web online sales• Exported Store To Web program and features to 900 independently owned Sears Hometown stores driving incremental $5M Online revenue in 2010

The Market Transformation team is charged with reinvigorating Sears / Kmart retail formats, repositioning brands, improving customer experience, and adding new businesses and services in selected test markets. Responsible for leading all Direct Commerce strategies and initiatives to drive transformational growth in the demonstration markets.• Developed a flexible (customer facing and internal associate facing) web portal that supported offering extended assortments in store as well as providing a knowledge portal for our associates. Sears.com Business Integration Manager (10/2003 to Present)Responsible for business leadership of Sears Customer Direct internet projects and new business development. Responsibilities include business case development, and prioritization. Provide expertise and leadership for large-scale Customer Direct projects that cross functional lines within Sears.com and Sears Holdings.

Responsible for leading the development and delivery of a customer service email management solution for all Sears online customer facing businesses (Sears.com, Home Services, and Parts Direct).

Responsible for the planning, execution, and implementation of Sears Enterprise Call Center projects. I managed a group of 4 project managers and together our team managed call center projects for Sears Customer Care Facilities (over 12,000 customer service agents across over 30 facilities).

One of a team of three senior managers, responsible for leading the transition of Sears Credit Card processing from internal systems to an external provider. 64 million Sears credit accounts were converted with 40 billion dollars in receivables to the Total Systems TS2 credit card processing system. 8,000 customer service agents were affected by the change. This transition allowed Sears Card to transition from limited product flexibility to the ability to offer multiple credit card products and features to our customers. This was the largest credit card portfolio conversion in the industry at the time. I played key roles in the vendor selection process, the discovery phase, requirements definition, project planning and execution.
