John has led multiple large, global ERP Projects across the Higher Ed, Defense, Technology, and Consumer Goods industries. Before founding Right Path Inc, John had a very successful career with both PeopleSoft and Oracle. While at PeopleSoft, John was the Consulting Product Manager for the CRM Call Center product (at the time, the leader in Gartner’s “Magic Quadrant”). After leaving Oracle, John built a new CRM consulting practice for a rapidly growing consulting company based in Miami, FL. Later joining the City University of New York (CUNY), he built a Production Support organization for a new complex Student Administration, HR, and Financials ERP solution serving 550,000 students, faculty, and staff. John has degrees in Business Management and Management Information Systems (MIS) from Virginia Tech.John has a passion for open communication, honesty, and transparency. He enjoys finding the winning solutions to difficult problems. John lives with his wife and son in Chevy Chase, Maryland.

John was responsible for supporting the PeopleSoft CRM, Enterprise Portal, and the EPM (Data Warehousing) applications for CUNY.

John lead several key PS CRM implementations for Oracle Consulting, including the CUNYfirst Help Desk implementation. CUNY is the nation's largest metropolitan university with over 500,000 students across 23 schools.
