I began my career with Peninsula Architects and became a partner in that company in 1984. My duties covered all aspects of the architectural profession from initial client consultation through to contract administration and the day to day running of the practice. Projects included residential, multi-residential, commercial and industrial. Through Peninsula Architects I gained wide experience in dealing with local authorities, consultants and contractors. In January of 2005 I purchased Peninsula Architects as a result of the previous owner’s retirement. I was more comfortable working from home with fewer clients so I downsized and continue to provide both traditional architectural and contract services across a diverse range of projects including childcare centers, residential units and townhouses. Outside of work I take interest in building model boats, working on jigsaw puzzles, discovering new and classic movies and spending time with my family including 3 wonderful grandchildren.
