Current• Oversee the complete recruitment process for physicians and advanced practitioners across Montefiore Medical Group locations, including primary care practices, school health program facilities, and occupational health services.• Create and execute effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract and secure high-quality candidates for current and future openings.• Represent Montefiore at job fairs, professional events, and networking opportunities to enhance recruitment efforts and brand visibility. • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to track performance and guide strategic decisions.• Proficient in guiding candidates through J1 waiver applications and H1B visa procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and facilitating a smooth transition for international medical professionals.• Experienced in managing and executing the recertification process for healthcare sites in compliance with HRSA standards, ensuring ongoing eligibility and quality assurance.• Skilled in creating and maintaining detailed spreadsheet presentations to support recruitment metrics, track performance, and present data-driven insights effectively.
