Initially sourced senior software engineers for Uber's new maps engineering org, including teams such as location search engine, maps data, routing & navigation, maps display & tools, and sensing & perception. Later got tapped on the shoulder to be an early member of the centralized eng management recruiting team.

Co-founded a boutique staffing agency. We worked with early stage startups on their hardest talent searches across engineering, product, design, and executive leadership. Initially bootstrapped the business while working out of a co-working space in San Francisco, but as the business and team grew, we signed a lease for a high rise building in Downtown.

Straight out of college, joined a one year-old staffing agency getting off the ground. Recruited web developers for clients. Managed accounts in the gaming domain.

Fundraised well over $50,000 for university programs from cold-calling. Worked part-time while going to school as a full-time student. Had many interesting conversations with alumni in the evening.

Supported various HR projects (market research, worker satisfaction, comp & benefits) for a non-profit that provided supplemental educational programs to K-12 students in the Bay Area. Did some pro-bono graphic design and photography work as well. Used Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and my DSLR camera.
