I have extensive retail real estate development & construction management experience in several different market sectors including convenience store/petroleum, fast casual restaurants, QSR's, grocery, automotive multi-care, and furniture retail. I'm a skilled communicator and collaborator who can manage multiple project plans with many stakeholders and I enjoy building great teams capable of delivering outstanding results on complex programs. We learn to be better as a team and we succeed as a team!I have worked in all three areas of the "the deal" from contract negotiation & execution, through project development and entitlement, and finally project construction. I have a keen understanding of each of their unique challenges as well as how they all impact each other from the moment a deal is signed to the day the doors open for business.Strong processes make for relatable, reliable and repeatable outcomes in retail real estate development programs. To that end, I always champion process development and improvement to try and maximize efficiency in schedule and cost.
