John D-H has more than thirty years of CEO and executive experience. He excels in strategic planning, asset/liability management, financial and operations analysis, marketing, regulatory compliance, and turnarounds. John D-H has successfully guided businesses through adverse economic cycles and diverse environments. He was the CEO of two community credit unions and was the VP of Finance & Marketing for a credit union serving a Fortune 200 corporation. He has turned around failing credit unions with improved asset/liability management, operations redesign, loan portfolio rehabilitation and staff restructuring. He has tripled assets, achieved #1 market positions, established a high public relations profile, and provided extraordinary service for credit union memberships. Earlier he served as the head of financial & scientific public relations for Eli Lilly & Company managing issues including pharma research, genetic engineering, product launches and financial results. He also produced Lilly’s reports to shareholders and the annual shareholder meeting. John D-H has chaired and served on many governmental, civic, and not-for-profit boards; most having a focus on community reinvestment and workforce housing development. Commander D-H is retired from the Coast Guard Reserve following a career that included directing surface operations during the Exxon Valdez oil spill response and command positions in the Midwest and Florida.
