Development and support for the SAP BPC/BW/BI landscape with development for BI reporting mostly focused on BusinessObjects Design Studio 1.6 and BEx Query Designer. Additionally worked on Oracle OBIEE implementation covering OBI and Taleo OTBI Dashboard Reporting. • Development and support for SAP BPC 10.0NW, BW 7.3 and Business Objects 4.1 providing robust and relevant Business Intelligence and accurate, intuitive budget and planning tools to the SAP user community.• Working with key stakeholders on new budgeting and planning requirements to design and develop new SAP BPC tools for the user community, such as a new Annual Salary Review model which was used to consolidate, streamline and considerably speed up the previous adhoc processes.• SAP ETL development, troubleshooting and issue resolution to ensure data accuracy and quality for business-critical reporting.• Development of SAP Bex Query reports for Portal delivery, IP BEx Analyzer reporting and SAP Business Objects Design Studio Dashboards to meet the reporting needs across the whole company.• Knowledge transfer to super users and MI Teams to empower users to use and create their own reporting and planning tools in SAP BPC and OBIEE.• Creation of Technical, Training and End User documentation for all products to an extremely high standard to ensure that processes are fully documented and users can confidently use the tools provided.• Scoping of requirements for reports/dashboards as part of the Project implementation team for Oracle 11g, leading to the delivery of accurate and timely reporting to the business through OBIEE, BI Publisher and Taleo OTBI.• Conversion and creation of PL SQL to build data models linked to the Oracle EBS to enable the creation of BI Publisher reports for more adhoc reporting of data not in the Oracle data warehouse or for real-time reporting of small data sets. • Successfully used InfoCube Aggregates to vastly improve report performance in migrated cloud service.

Initially brought in from a FI/CO role to take over as the Integrated Planning (IP) technical lead, the role has expanded to encompass the whole BW landscape, which includes the implementation and support of BPC10NW, support and development of the BW Data Warehouse (7.3), BEx reporting tools and soon Business Objects (4.1) reporting.• Successfully supported and developed, as part of a very small virtual team, a BW/BI/BPC landscape that grew from BW plus Integrated Planning to a much larger landscape of BW, BPC (Budgeting, Planning and Consolidation) and Business Objects. • Initially assigned to BW Integrated Planning (IP) technical support/development and then a key member of the Project team in the successful implementation of its successor SAP BPC 10.0NW.• Sole technical support and development resource for SAP BPC post go-live, providing a highly praised and reactive set of planning and reporting tools predominantly via the Excel EPM Add-in.• Core SAP BW data warehousing tasks, such as dropping and reloading data and indexes, running InfoPackages and DTP’s, loading of flat files, developing and changing InfoPackages, DSO’s, InfoCubes and MultiProviders, troubleshooting end-user reporting and authorisation issues, ETL Process Chains, Transporting, Report Writing, etc. to provide a high quality and stable reporting environment.• Development of SAP Bex Query reports for IP BEx Analyzer and the ‘Connect’ Portal, giving correct and timely reporting and planning data to end users.• Support and development for two other external (local authority) clients with their Reporting, Data Warehousing and EPM requirements.

• SAP FI/CO Configuration Consultant providing support and configuration changes for errors or as part of agreed pieces of chargeable works and the creation of functional and semi-technical specifications for these pieces of work to accurately document the changes in line with KPI’s. • SAP FI/CO Trainer for the Go-Live of the newly implemented SAP system for Milton Keynes Council ensuring that the users were given the skills and knowledge to extract the information they needed to provide accurate and timely financial reporting and accounting services for the organisation. • Seconded from Finance, within 4 weeks of first seeing SAP had successfully created detailed training courses and materials for SAP FI/CO and began multiple successful training courses for the Finance user community and then the Budget Manager user community.• Successfully delivered clear and concise training courses to Finance and non-Finance users for SAP functional areas SD, MM and PS.
