Director, Transaction Services
As a Director, my return to the US focused on my interest and passion for transactions. Working with Corporate and Private Equity clients, and teaming with partners and professional across our Firm, I assisted executives in both buy-side and sell-side due diligence, enabling valuation and investment decisions. • Assessed and communicated financial, economic, tax, human resource and technology impacts of transactions, and supporting negotiations impacting client investment and capital requirements. • Facilitated client preparation for financing and advised on investment structuring and complex accounting issues. • As the Great Recession arrived, I was also fortunate to spend time working with distressed businesses as the navigated the economic headwinds.
