I started reading Advertising Age for fun at the age of 16. Ended up earning a real job in the industry in 1996 and have worked in ad agencies ever since. Today I work at Drake Cooper--2024 Ad Age Small Agency of the Year and the largest Employee Owned agency on the West Coast. As President I oversee the core products and services that our clients receive, which are: Creative, Planning & Strategy, Media Planning & Buying, UX & Technology, Martech, and Analytics. I put my 28 years of agency experience toward ensuring that all six areas are individually strong and that they work together in an integrated, team-centered manner to help achieve client goals. Brand experience includes: Nestlé, Disney, DIRECTV, SunAmerica, eCompanies, Carl’s Jr., Baskin-Robbins, Microsoft Office, Tillamook, UCLA, Loreto Bay, Visit Idaho, the FX Network, Funko, CBH Homes, the J.A. and Kathryn Albertson Family Foundation, Boeing, ICCU, PATH, Blue Diamond Almonds, Challenge Dairy, and The Resort at Pelican Hill. I love working with mid-market companies as well as any large enterprise who takes a mid-market approach to their marketing. At Drake Cooper we are very good at growing mid-market brands. I've been Vice President of the Puget Sound American Marketing Association, have served on the Advertising Federation boards in Los Angeles, Portland and Boise, and have guest-lectured at the University of Washington, the University of Oregon, Boise State University, and Jay Chiat's Multicultural Advertising Training Program.I’m an INTJ-Basque-Gen X-Taurus and someone who is irritated whenever anyone yawns in a meeting or doesn’t wave in traffic after I let them in.
