CurrentReporting to the CEO, the COO has primary responsibility for managing all the offices’ operational activities. Key deliverables include improving communication between all offices, excellent management and oversight of I.T., facilities and key hire recruiting. Responsibilities include:• Participate in acquisition and growth activities to support overall business objectives and plans from an operations perspective with CEO• Work closely with the CEO to develop and accomplish goals and strategic plans established by board members and executives of the Company• Oversee all Facilities • Oversee Recruiting and coordinate with HR & Accounting.• Oversee and improve office-wide communication • Oversee I.T. and facilitate I.T. Steering Committee
