My role included coordinating educational support for students matching them with mentors at available times and maintaining the session schedule, tracking mentoring hours and communicating with students, parents and local high schools in a five county area. I recruited mentors (our title for tutors) from the community including area high schools and the surrounding communities in Ozaukee County. Our goal was to serve students by helping with their academic growth as well as provide them with opportunities to do the same for other students.
