Lighting Design Studio’s Co-Founding Principal John Decker’s unique background in Architecture has provided a knowledge of lighting’s influence on a building’s identity and its spatial experience. He believes the success of every project is rooted in the design process as a collaborative effort amongst the design team.John has specialized in hospitality projects as well as a diverse range of projects including restaurants, retail, high-end residences, educational facilities, and corporate headquarters facilities. He has also been active in educating students, serving as an adjunct faculty member for lighting design at Woodbury University.
