The division has over 70 locations across Europe, 1,000 staff and €125m in revenues.

As Interim MD, I led the successful turnaround of the business following its buyout from Receivership in Sep 2009.

Adare is one of the largest print and packaging businesses in UK/Ireland with (then) revenues of almost GBP180m annually. I worked with the MBO team (until business sale) headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.

HotOrigin was a leading early-stage software investment firm and consultancy practice. Reporting to the FD, I had responsiblity for closing investment contract rounds, deal support and company financial reporting.

I worked with National Avionics, and associated businesses, as a Financial Project Manager raising investment for start-up projects. I delivered two project financings on OFEX in London, including Appian Traffic Technology plc and Airtel ATN plc.

Working in the Group Office, I had responsibility for producing the Group's monthly numbers, the year-end consolidation and the annual budget. I worked on the acquisitions of Great Northern Envelope Company in Leeds, and Mount Salus Press in Dublin. I also participated in Adare's listing on the LUSM.
