I specialize in digital media strategy, audience segmentation, influence network distribution, multivariate testing, measurement and analytics, and digital transformation. I have helped public sector organizations and campaigns raise the bar in their approach to persuasion marketing, content testing, micro-targeting, and narrowcasting. I am passionate about solving global problems with better communications and using data to drive decisions and actions.Prior to my public sector work I launched, ran and sold multiple companies in the commercial marketing sector, led product innovation in digital research strategies at Ipsos for global enterprise (client-facing), managed machine-learning/AI analysis projects for insights generation. Before that, in the entertainment industry I managed/produced/engineered grammy award winning artists and projects and worked with the likes of Michael Jackson, P Diddy, Dave Grohl, Anthrax, Mudvayne, David Bowie. Prior to that, as an electrical engineer, I worked in manufacturing and testing of mil-spec technology for fighter jets and missiles.
