As a process specialist and shift incharge at Novartis, I have over 13 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on process improvement, quality management, and electronic batch record (EBR) implementation and validation. I hold a bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences and a postgraduate degree in management, as well as a certification in lean six sigma green belt. In my current role, I oversee the production activities, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. I have successfully implemented EBR systems, improved process capability and yield, and reduced deviations and errors. I have also trained and mentored new team members, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver quality products and services to our customers. My mission is to leverage my expertise and knowledge to contribute to the advancement of pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality, and to support the vision and goals of Novartis. I am passionate about learning new technologies and best practices, and applying them to optimize production processes and quality outcomes.
