During my tenure, we: (1) returned the business to double-digit growth by transitioning to a subscription model and driving high retention rates; (2) recapitalized the business with a new lending partner, creating additional liquidity and working capital; (3) acquired and integrated three distribution partners in Europe and Australia; and (4) drove efficiencies by implementing new processes and tools for budgeting, forecasting and reporting. These actions culminated in the successful sale of the business to Nintex.
