Management of the American Rescue Plan investments in Georgia’s afterschool and summer learning programs, including oversight of federal funds and support of grantees in their efforts to expand access to services, reduce barriers to success, and increase programmatic quality for children and youth.

Directly responsible for the administrative and operational leadership of the organization and accountable to the Board of Directors for organizational performance and health, daily operations, fund development, public relations, and oversight of strategic initiatives.

Serving the agency in a number of roles: accreditation specialist (guided agency to accreditation with the Council on Accreditation), IT administrator (designed and implemented comprehensive data management systems for tracking outcomes and organizing data), organizational project manager (ongoing PQI and strategic projects with President, Board, and all programs), continual quality improvement manager (lead agency efforts to continuously identify and address opportunities for improvement in program operations as well as policy, politics, and advocacy).

Independently contracted with nonprofit agencies, including healthcare service providers and child welfare/family services providers, to guide efforts in the areas of accreditation, quality and performance improvement, theory of change development, collective impact, program evaluation, nonprofit finance, nonprofit technology, and project management.
