In addition to the be responsible for all internal control procedures, financial reporting and tax planning for the Kistefos parent company, I have also been responsible for the coordination of the group financial reporting and budget processes, as well as overall liquidity planning as part of the group treasury function. The position has also included overall responsibility for the company’s IT-systems.

Leader for financial reporting and analysis, including the personell responsibility for 8 cost controllers. I was responsible for coordinating and preparing all financial reporting for Telenor Mobil. This including quarterly and annual reports for Oslo Stock Exchange, as well as monthly reporting and presentation of financial developments for the Telenor management.The position has also been the main contact point towards the external auditor as well as the Shared Service Center. During 2004, I was heavily involved in both the process of adapting IFRS-rules, and also in the work for complying with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act 404.
