This award was given to 7 individuals across the corporation, while receiving the highest performance rating by managers.• Program management leadership on a $50MM program with a healthcare organization with antiquated and inconsistent telephony and networking configuration in over 350 sites. By upgrading and unifying the platform configuration the customer achieved significant cost reduction and increased ability to implement advanced functions across their enterprise.• Provided mentorship and training to Avaya project management team. Led and assisted with multiple process quality improvement initiatives.• Orchestrated full-lifecycle delivery of a program including scope management and schedule development, design/build governance, implementation oversight, issue management and overall program controls.• Effective executive-level presentation/reporting to customers.

Implemented a centralized enterprise call center technology platform for 50,000 call center agents distributed to over 200 locations.• Maintained budget that exceeded $440MM over a 4.5-year lifecycle of a program.• Consolidated technology from the 200 call center locations to 11 centralized, common build sites.• Demonstrated effective communications and leadership through the implementation with 11 lines of business that utilized the call center platform, delivering high customer satisfaction.• Provided motivation and leadership to worldwide team of 175 staff over the program period.• Identified and acted on cost savings opportunities. Eliminated millions of dollars in cost to the firm through datacenter centralization.

• Established and maintained PMO processes and standards for a book of work of over 180 projects and 27 project management resources. • Led the integration of the 4500 Washington Mutual call center agents and volume into the JPMC environment.

• Upgraded the JPMC enterprise check archive and statement archive Oracle platform (largest in the world at the time). This system received approximately 26 million check images daily and offered these images to the internet rapidly as requested by the customer.• Conducted a technology refresh of approximately 800 servers in the JPMC enterprise statement archive system. This upgrade was performed without interruption of service to the customer.

• Provided project management oversight of the construction of a new $58MM facility with a new datacenter and technology footprint. A team of 125 members and multiple vendors delivered the program successfully. The IT budget for the program was $15.6MM.• Inherited a project that was 4 months behind schedule and completed it on-time preventing a $2.4MM penalty due to a lease extension.• Led transition of 3800 mortgage banking employees to a new facility. This move was rated an A+ by the mortgage CEO for project delivery and execution.
