Noise, Vibration, and Harshness Section (July 2001 - March 2002):- Developed hybrid verification method for SAM utilizing experimental surface velocity measurements and Sysnoise boundary element program.- Investigated methods setting and verifying targets for automatic transmission rotating imbalance; method used to validate system design specs and cascading system level targets to sub-system levels.

Application Development Engineering - NVH testing included: laser vibrometry, acoustic intensity, modal analysis- Performed acoustic and vibration analyses of PA6 air intake manifolds and other automotive components. Key member of team responsible for capture and retention of over $8 million sales annually- Obtained support and funding for a new experimental NVH facility with a first-year budget of $265k. Implemented facility, which supported the entire Experimental Plastics division - Initiated project scheduling and prioritization of application development engineering.
