In my current role as team manager in Development Platforms, I manage and develop teams that are responsible for the development platforms in the bank. The platforms have ranged from the front-end development platform to CI/CD, digital security, and the new micro-services platform in the bank that will replace an old monolithic system over the coming years. The teams have ranged from 10 to 35 people including some consultants and vendors.

In addition to my job as team manager, I am also the head of Swedbank’s LGBTQ+ network “GLaS”. With this position me and the rest of the board of the network strive to make Swedbank even more inclusive where all employees and customers feel welcome. I am also deeply involved in organizing Swedbank’s participation at Stockholm Pride and general Diversity & Inclusion initiatives in the bank.

As a product owner at Swedbank I was responsible for the development of the banks digital private loan applications. My work involved, among other things, stakeholder management, release planning and setting up roadmaps. In this role it was important to always have the end customer close to heart and work as a bridge between our UX department, our stakeholders, and the developers in the team, to bring the best possible user experience to the market.

As a business analyst I worked together with the rest of the team and our stakeholders to produce requirements for the development the banks digital loan applications.

Together with another student I did my master thesis for the consultancy firm ÅF with the purpose of identifying and analysing trends within supply chain management. The work was both qualitative and quantitative. The result was used as input to ÅF to further develop their value proposition, to be ready for the challenges of tomorrow. I worked at the Division of Packaging Logistics at Lund University, in a project for the Swedish Environmental Agency Naturvårdsverket. The purpose was to gain insight into what drivers and barriers exists in the industry to increase the fill rate in transports.

I worked as a summer intern at the management consultant firm Axakon in the summer of 2014. My work was to develop a business plan both for Axakon and for one of their customers in the software industry. The focus for the business plans was internal organization, positioning on market, growth strategies, talent management and, for the software company, also pricing strategies.

I worked at Lund University in a project for Ericsson that aimed to modularize Ericsson’s global packaging assortment. The result was a modularized packaging assortment for Ericsson as well as a process for ensuring modularity when developing new packages. The project was successful and the packaging assortment was implemented globally. The report can be seen under the section Publications below.

I was conductor of the orchestra Bleckhornen in Lund. The orchestra consisted of around 75 active members. We had around 70-80 concerts each year and rehearsed regularly every week. As conductor I was also a part of different committees such as the repertoire board and the financial management team. For my work as conductor, I received a scholarship in December 2012 from the comrades association of the orchestra.

Summer jobs and temporary employments during the period 2007 to August 2011. The total time of employment was 17 months.

I spent one year as a conscript musician in the Central Band of the Royal Swedish Army. I was also chosen to be squad leader.
