My practice includes a broad range of commercial real estate areas. I devote a substantial portion of time to financing transactions as counsel to developers and lenders. I also practices in the area of business leasing and general commercial transactions. I represent tenants, landlords and developers for a wide variety of office and industrial leasing and development projects and negotiate retail leases for both landlords and tenants. I spent several years as counsel to the multi-state retail and mixed use developer. Acting in the capacity of chief leasing counsel, I gained wide recognition as an expert in commercial leasing and during that time I negotiated hundreds of leases with local, regional, and national tenants. Currently, I advise a notable group of regional and national clients in commercial lease negotiations. I have lectured on a wide variety of leasing topics and was a member of the New York State Bar Association's sub-committee on commercial leasing.
