I have been a municipal law and public attorney at Best Best & Krieger LLP since 1975 and have represented a variety of California public agencies including cities, redevelopment agencies, special districts and school districts. I last served as the longtime City Attorney of Ontario, California and the Town Attorney of the Town of Apple Valley, California. I have served as a city attorney for cities throughout California since 1976.I also served as general counsel for a variety of other public agencies, including Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District for more than 30 years and Hi-Desert Water District.
