I am chairman of various businesses including, Allied Powers, a trusted and respected company sale specialist and management consultancy, where I head a team who position and support our clients’ businesses to achieve the best possible sale values often when others have failed. We also provide consultancy services to venture capitalists and banks for company sales and acquisitions. I have been running Allied Powers for 25 years after leaving Trafalgar House Group which exited as a £3 billion public company after a 22 year career where I held a number of senior directorships.Often acting as Chairman I have successfully achieved over £90 million of exits and fundraising to a similar level for over sixty businesses.
