Over 20 years of customer service and support. I started in retail sales and worked my way up to retail management and eventually landed a career in the banking industry. I then went into the technical industry at Microsoft as a Software Test Engineer where that knowledge and experience helped me become a better customer advocate and technical troubleshooter. I ended up in the Product Service and Support department where I continued my career in the Service Delivery Management role that encompassed many roles and responsibilities from project management, program management, training, vendor management, partner escalations, and more. Now I am entering a new chapter in my career in my new role as a Customer Service Manager for Imprezzio to revamp and improve their customer support department to prepare for new opportunities for the future.
