Full P&L responsibility for Align Senior Care ($30M+) - Medicare Advantage institutional special needs plans (I-SNPs), chronic care special needs plans (C-SNPs), and dual-eligible special needs plans (D-SNPs).

Served as Chief of Staff to the President of the Health Plan and was responsible for the successful launch/management of the C-SNP (Special Needs Plan) for ESRD.

Project leadership experience across value-based care strategy, corporate strategy, growth strategy (M&A and organic), performance improvement, operational due-diligence and post-merger integration engagements. Clients include national and regional health plans, integrated delivery networks, acute care hospitals, post-acute care providers, pharmacies and private-equity companies.

Co-led (with physician leaders) the financial assessment of the current service offerings and developed new service recommendations for this chain of non-profit maternal health clinics based in Nairobi, Kenya.
