How many times have you said to yourself, “There should be an app for that.” Having said this to myself about a million times I decided to make that happen.With 10+ years working in the service industry for small businesses, I’ve filled a lot of roles and had fun learning new skills as well as challenging myself.• I’ve designed merchandise, sourced the producers, had it made, and sold the finished product.• I’ve designed and run ad campaigns while fulfilling orders as a warehouse manager.• I’ve started as part time cook making over-easy eggs to putting dishes on the menu and running the kitchen.
• I’ve opened cafes and hand picked staff members and consulted for future coffee shop buildouts.
• I’ve been a part of all production processes of coffee minus farming; buying green coffee, roasting coffee, packaging coffee, and preparing coffee.Being furloughed from my service industry job during lockdown made me switch gears and pursue a career that can be done from just about anywhere.
