• Member of Implementation team moving from existing ERP System (SUN) to Netsuite • Responsible for reconciling all Balance Sheet accounts and data cleanse in conjunction with Operations team in advance of cut over• Review of each account, reconciliation and assign RAG status based on the criteria for initial view. Accounts include Cash, Creditors, I/C, Employee Costs, VAT & Other Taxes, Debtors, Accrued income, Deferred income, Fixed assets, Accruals, Prepayments, Payroll• Work alongside local offices to make revisions/adjustments to SUN systems and reconciliation• Standardise methodology and format of reconciliations between all areas and teams• Investigate, action and follow up and fix/adjust old items both from recs and SUN system ie. credit balances in debtor accounts, duplicate payments, long standing invoices due, incorrect ledger postings, inconsistencies between Subledgers and General Ledger
