Provide advise and council to the Crime and Loss Prevention Council (CLPC) of ASIS International. The CLPC is comprised of Security Professionals on an international level. The Chairman leads and oversees projects and initiatives conducted by CLPC members. An example of these initiatives is the Small Business Initiative (SBI). As a result of this initiative, over 50 security surveys and vulnerability assessments were conducted over several US states. This endeavor has produced a SBI pamphlet that analyzes the results and provides industry standard recommendations for these small business establishments. Furthermore, the CLPC has subject matter experts that provide council to professionals as well as press coverage or subject expert response to media questions. Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate all traffic programs within the troop. Maintain databases for accidents, drinking drivers, schools, refresher training, certifications etc. Coordinate DWI Mobile/Checkpoint, Holiday Traffic Safety, Radar, Aggressive Driver, andother traffic safety programs between municipal, county, state, and federal agencies.Provide analysis patterns and expert testimony for various agencies, both public and private.Provide expertise for municipal, county, state, interstate, and federal traffic safety initiativeconferences and meetings. Coordinate discovery requests and dissemination. Control distribution of all traffic related material, monitor and analyze court testimony to evaluate training needs in specific areas of enforcement and testimony. Instruct personnel, coordinate certification training and equipment repair. Maintain inventory and provide upgrade suggestions. Oversee Troop Traffic Budget. Security Advise provided on existing buildings. Security council provided for CCTV and Access Control as well as physical protection measures on new construction of facilities. Moreover, RFP reviews are conducted as well as risk assessments and recommendations submitted for consideration and implementation.

Responsible for acquisition, procurement, budget, maintenance, asset control for the State Police Fleet. Consult on physical protection measures for State Police Headquarters. Responsible for risk assessment and disaster recovery plans.

Supervised squad for 10 years leading 1 sergeant and 10 troopers. Commanded station operations including, investigations, security and infrastructure checks, general police responsibilities and community policing.
