Managed the planning effort for a $26M Planned Industrial Availability. Developed and implemented a PERT planning process for the creation of a resource loaded schedule. Developed a Training Program for Managers and Supervisors on all aspects of project management. Prepared numerous lesson plans and trained over 120 PMT personnel. Spearheaded Work Integration effort with the public shipyard, ship's force and contractors. Ensured that all contract deliverables, including the integrated schedule and work/test control documents were submitted on time – a first time accomplishment for the program. Managed $22M of a $30M work package on USS Abraham Lincoln CVN-72, experienced nearly 50% growth and still completed on time and on budget.
