Principally I translate all the information to my boss, also I'm the supervisor of the restaurant, I search for new staff and do everything that they need to start. I make programs to improve the quality of the restaurant and I look for new suppliers to lower the prices and increase our profits, of course, I take care of the costumers and organize everything at the restaurant.
