Several roles in the railroad transportation industry, including Federally Certified Locomotive Engineer, Federally Certified Freight Conductor, and Yardmaster (Willard, Ohio). Currently act as Chairman, Ohio State Legislative Board. Responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of rail freight in Central and Northwest Ohio and Eastern and Central Indiana. Work closely with local and regional management to balance the needs of labor with the profitability and growth of the industry. Develop and assist in lobbying for legislation to protect and promote safety practices related to rail transportation. Registered lobbyist in Ohio working to promote rail safety legislation.

Design and manufacture electronic musical effects, primarily guitar effects pedals. Experience in analog circuit design and modification and embedded system design, programming, and implementation using AVR microcontrollers. Full spectrum experience bringing a product to market including initial design, printed circuit board design using Eagle, sourcing of parts, final assembly, marketing, and customer service. Additional experience including collaborations with other manufacturers, some outside the US, and freelance design services. Voting member, Audio Engineering Society (AES).

Principal of a 501(c)(3) public charity benefiting the autism community of Central Ohio. Hosted five annual bicycle tours in Columbus, raising over $10,000. Sponsored several arts related experiences, including project tables at events throughout Columbus and workshops in conjunction with 400 Square and the Vanderelli Room. Founded the organization and established the initial Board of Directors.
