As the Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Clerk of the Archdiocese, the Chancellor is directly responsible for all Finance, Information Technology, Risk Management, Investments, Benefits, Human Resources, Facilities and Real Estate functions. The Chancellor is also responsible for financial reporting and the financial stability of multiple additional Corporations and Trusts.

Helped consumer goods manufacturers and their retail partners efficiently package and distribute goods in the United States. Customer list includes some of the world’s most respected consumer product companies and retailers, including Hershey’s, Kimberly-Clark, Kraft, PepsiCo, Sam’s Club, Procter & Gamble, Topps, and Walmart.

Commissioned Officer to the President of the United States, responsible for the leadership and successful operation of finance; human resources; strategic planning and goal measurement; emergency preparedness and continuity of operations; physical security; facilities maintenance and management; information systems and technology; telecommunications; procurement; and, general administrative support.

Managed the operations of the Kennedy School of Government including human resources, communications, facilities and security. Lead the development and implementation of a revised business plan resulting in successful reduction of staff size, measurable financial savings, increased efficiencies and renewal of the School’s central mission.

• Managed day-to-day non-legislative activities for the House of Representatives including financial management, human resources, strategic planning, information technology, contract management, telecommunications, customer service/call center, procurement, and general administrative support.• Lead the House of Representatives to their first clean audit opinion in the history of the House. Maintained this same accomplishment throughout tenure. • Led a staff of 600 employees in support of a full-scale reorganization and business process reengineering effort to incorporate technology and innovation into antiquated business processes and systems serving 10,000 employees and 435 Members of Congress.• Led long-range strategic planning and emergency management effort to improve operations and provide a clear direction for continuation of government through various situations ranging from political/ leadership changes to emergency situations.
