- manages the exposure and price risk management for diesel, gasoline, and kerosene - manages the hedge portfolio for commercial b2b white products- project management of pricing and exposure tool- handles and assists in the supply chain management of white oil products - financial reporting and data analysis - analysis of district/regional profitability - market and competition research and analysis - studies trends in global and regional oil demand and supply to manage exposure and gain competitive edge

Responsibilities include:-Management of over 80 employees of varying functions located all over the world - Administrative and HR policy expertise - Experienced with employee relations - Strategic planning with organizational leadership team (includes staffing planning, attrition management, organizational direction, talent development, etc.)- Onboarder and trainer of hundreds of new hires- Leading deployment of various HR Projects in the Philippine site- Country SPOC and leader of multiple HR Projects - Coaching and developing director level leaders- Collaborating with global and site business leaders to deliver organizational targets- Talent attraction lead of site- Experience in mass sourcing and employer branding - Leads sourcing projects that attract more than 600 applications per quarter - Conducts offer discussions from interns to managers (currently with a 100% acceptance rate)
