Solutions Support Specialist

Responsible for answering customer calls and emails, assists customers with technical issues with product and services.Acts as liaison between customer, Regional Solutions Executive and to outsourced companies dealing with our B2B Products and Services. Work closely with the Product and IT Dept.Configure and manage implementation of data feeds from 3rd party Property Management Systems and other B2B products such as Media Center and AG Sites.Resolve various customer issues, including data feeds, APIs, CSV mapping, domain name orders and transfers, SaaS support, website tagging, 3rd party integrations, Certified Ratings and Reviews (CR3) Onboarding.Support roll out of new applications, products and services.Testing and evaluating new technology.Familiarity with Property Management Systems such as Yardi, MRI, Real Page, Entrata.Skills UsedComputer, Excel, Word, PDF, data feeds from 3rd party Property Management Systems and software,Salesforce, SQL, Microsoft Server Management Studio, Kanban, Soft Skills.
