Handled the resource planning and oversight of software contracts with a government client. Reviewed client invoicing for discrepancies and worked to insure accurate billing of time and materials on the contracts. Worked with an Earned Value (EV) team to analyze and update Microsoft Project schedules. Developed time saving VBA macros, applicable to the work being performed.

Oversaw day to day schedule updates on over 100 seperate project schedules. Served as the government schedule consultant and advisor on the fuel cell development project schedule, co-worked the schedule development and oversight of a significant construction initiative. Trained new employees joining the team and provided insights to current team members. Worked primarily in an Oracle Primavera P6 environment, but often interfaced with Microsoft Project.
