Served as a senior leader of the organization, chartered direction and growth for the Dialysis Division and assumed responsibility for division performance.

Provided leadership to a $20 million dollar region with 4 Field Service Sales Representatives providing laboratory service to 3,000 dialysis patients in over 40 clinics and nephrology practices.
