I am an accomplished technology executive with over 20 years of industry experience and success in leadership, engineering, and architecture roles. I have been part of the Rocket Family of Companies ($RKT) in Detroit since 2012, and I currently serve as the Head of Client Experience Engineering for Rocket Companies. As a Tech Trendsetter for 2021 and a member of Housing Wire's Tech 100, I am passionate about building high-performance and engaged remote/hybrid engineering teams, integrating acquired teams, and fostering collaborative and healthy cultures. I also have expertise in enterprise-scale technology solutions, infrastructure as code, and technology forecasting, which enable me to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that enhance the user experience and drive business growth.
