Created a standalone business entity which could offer business services to customers as a single solution or part of the Enterprise bundled service framework ranging from vulnerable adult transportation, provision of technical services to The City of London Police, through to full outsourcing.- building annual turnover from £3.5m to £70m within two years with full responsibility for every aspect of the P&L and Operations.- Integration of acquisitions and stranded asset bases from legacy deals driving substantial contribution improvement/savings of over £23m over a 4 year period- Improved customer service introducing integrated quality management techniques delivering ISO 9001 & 14001 within 12 months.- Delivered complex frameworks, support operations and capital expenditure with total book value of £450m demanding best in class procurement. - Led investment/divestment strategies to ensure successful outsourcing of £16m of key services while shaping the business for future restructure/acquisition .
