Responsible for the management and operational support for the servicing and origination LOB's. Core focus is to increase profitability and reduce operational cost for our servicing (MSP) and origination (E3) platforms.In my current role I collaborated with both the business and industry SMEs to restructure the Loss Mitigation process. As a part of this effort, we implemented industry standard modification toolsets to ensure compliance with all applicable GSE and CFPB regulatory guidelines. As part of this project I worked and managed a small group of consultants and internal resources to design, develop, and implement a bilingual loan modification fulfillment application. This deliverable was initiated to address a core weakness in the old Loss Mitigation process by ensuring 100% data accuracy for our ROR system, Black Knight's (formerly LPS) MSP platform. The new process provides a complete audit trail from the initial borrower solicitation through fulfillment phases of a loan modification.
