* Assist Head Coach with the National training groups as assigned by Head Coach including site preparations, set-up, and breakdown, driving to locations off UT campus and attending swim meets competitions. * Assist Head Coach and Director by attending all required meetings at the University, facility, local, state, regional and national levels as official representative of Longhorn Aquatics.* Assist the Head Coach and Director with recruitment and retention activities for Longhorn Aquatics programs, including developing and organizing program structure to support meet operations, communications, and fundraising. * Coach Senior or Age Group level swimmers daily basis to aid in a continuous relationship the swimmers and develop understanding of proper progressions within the program. * Handle disciplinary issues per team policies and in coordination with the Head Coach. Assist the Head Coach with hiring of new staff members. * Maintain team practice and master calendars and work with TSC liaison for scheduling. Responsible for age group meet entries. Run monthly meetings with age group coaches. * Responsible for developing age group program swimmers to compete at the sectional and national level. Responsible for writing age group practices and utilizing assistant coaches to achieve team/group goals.Served a two-year term as Age Group Vice Chair for South Texas Swimming LSC (October 2022-2024).

Served as Head Coach for Mount Vernon Country Club for the past two summer seasons. As Head Coach, I dealt with all aspects of governance of the team. Coordinated practice times with club management throughout the summer training months. Created a training plan and conduct workouts for beginning swimmers, 12&U, and 13&O year olds. Worked seamlessly with and led all assistant coaches to ensure that all athletes are being prepared for weekly and end-of-season meets. Performed administrative functions including swim meet entries, parent meetings & athletes meetings and management of team/group rosters. Led pre-season workouts on Sundays in April and May at the Wulf Recreation Center in Evergreen. Worked in conjunction with the Mount Vernon Country Club staff on issues that concern the club as a whole.
